Help with Programming a Vista 20P - Please

Hi, I have a vista 20p (rev. 3) and a 6160 keypad. I am trying to program field #24 RF House ID CODE but it only seems to accept 1 number in that field. If I type 17 for example, it will show me the last digit and change that to a "1" then if I type "7" it changes the last digit only to a "7". So I can't program a 2 digit code. Including 00 the one to disable the wireless.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.

Are you sure you are in the correct field?

There's no voodoo to this. You go to program and enter *24 0 0, and it should beep and jump to the next location.

What happens if you key in #24?

It should show you the current contents, 1 digit at a time.

I seem to be able to turn the RF device off by punching in 00 somehow finally it took but it took a lot of horsing around in there. However, I still have a problem. I can't get my wireless device to work. I posted another topic for this, its located:
