Ademco 4219 vs 4229 ???

Hi, I am brand new to security systems!
Can anyone explain the difference between the Ademco 4219 the 4229 Zone Expanders?
What are the Prograble Form C Relays for??
How do they work?
I am planning new wired system and want to get the right components the first time!
Thank You!

The 4229 has relays on it to allow you to control external devices, or do things like reset the power for a 4-wire smoke detector loop. "Form-C" means that the each relay is single pole - double throw (SPDT) and can be normally open or normally closed, depending on which terminals you connect the wires to. (Form A is SPST normally open, Form B is SPST normally closed)

In this case, the relays can be programmed for a wide range of actions.
