I have a trouble code 1 on a DSC panel

Trouble code 1 refers to low battery, but the battery checks out fine. Is it possible the power supply is bad. When I unplug the AC, everything goes blank and the clock needs resetting. I thought the battery should prevent this.

Replace the battery. The system tests the battery under load. Often batteries will read an acceptable voltage with no load, but fail under load test.
