Setting Date & Time for Scheduling VISTA 15p with fixed char display

Hello,

I have a Vista 15p with FIXED CHARACTER display (non-Alpha). Is it possible to set date and time with this keypad, or is an alpha absolutely necessary? Judging by the instructions I have, alpha is needed (but it doesn't specifically state this...)

I want to use scheduling to set to STAY mode automatically, hence the need for date/time setting...

Anyone?

You need a 6139/6160 keypad to use the scheduling feature.

If it's under menu mode programming in the manual, you need a alpha keypad to do it.

Thanks for the response. Bummer!

To be clear, there is no way to even do a 'blind' set up using the non-alpha keypad?

Thanks!

Too many variables, and you cannot even _activate_ the scheduling without an alpha keypad.

Enrolling a zone or two is doable blind, most of the other menu mode programming is right out.
