DSC 1555RKZ Access Code

I use the Concord 4 panel at 5 different locations, all hardwired sensors. I have service through Alarm.com. System works great except for 1 problem: When an alarm is tripped, all X-10 appliance modules turn OFF. I press "03" to turn on a module and keypad displays "lights off", i.e. tries to turn module off again. I press 0X again and light turns on. Exactly 5 minutes later, module turns off again. I press 0X and light turns on immediately and stays on. How can I stop x-10's from turning off in case of an alarm? Can system be programmed so as X-10's to NOT react to an alarm, or turn on rather than off? I called Alarm.com & GE several times, they both say they could not duplicate the problem, and therefore cannot help!!

was just talking to one of my installers, and the question came up about "keypad zones" from the earlier post- if this is an 8 zone panel, 3 keypads, no expansion boards, can you assign zone 9 to a keypad, zone 10 to another, and zone 11 to the last keypad- [B]without a PC-5108 [/B]? never have used the "keypad zones" always have ran zone wires back to the panel. but this may allow a few extra zones to be used without the cost of the PC-5108.
