I'm getting a check 10 and 11 on my panel
Ademco Vista 20PSIA with Ademco 6150 keypads. Zone 02 is wired to 10 and 11 on the mthbd. Zone 02 consists of 4 windows and one door. How do I narrow it down to any one particular window or the door as the culprit?

Zones 10 and 11 on an Ademco Vista panel are wireless zones (unless you have a hardwired zone expander). Most likely the transmitters need batteries (or the battery covers put back on).

Thanks for the reply mrRon
Not zone 10 and 11 but keypad says check 10 and 11. 10 and 11 on the motherboard are zone 02. Zone 02 is hardwired to 4 windows and one door. Not one of those sensors are tripping the chime feature. That is all I can check as I have a "not ready" indicartor on the keypad. I'm thinking of pulling the 10 and 11 connector to see if at least I can get a "ready" led.

Noooo....
The terminal numbers do not correspond to zone numbers.
Check means that the system wants you to check the condition of those zones. (essentially it means "trouble").
The hardwired devices on zone 2 are yet a different problem. More than likely, one or more of the hardwired contacts on zone 2 are stuck in closed position.

Thanks Ron. But I thought the Vista 20PSIA was an 8 zone system? Where on the connectors would zone 10 and 11 be then? I wound up doing a bypass of zone 06 last night and was able to get a ready light and arm the system. I KNOW that I have a problem on zone 06 which is my garage. Since I was able to bypass zone 06 and "ready" the system then what happened to zone 10 and 11? Are they now working or possibly part of zone 06? I'd pull my hair out but it shuffled off to Buffalo a long time ago
yes the 20p is a 8 zone unit if you need more zones you will need a Ademco 4219 Wired 8 Zone Expander
Ademco 4219 Wired 8 Zone Expander
or
Ademco Wireless Receiver 5881 ENH
Ademco Wireless Receiver 5881 ENH
or
Ademco 6150rf Deluxe Fixed English Integrated Keypad / Receiver "NOW ON SALE!" (Allows Wireless Accessories)
Ademco 6150rf Deluxe Fixed English Integrated Keypad / Receiver "NOW ON SALE!" (Allows Wireless Accessories)
and the zone 06 bypass ??

Exactly, the Vista 20p _base_ system is 8 hardwired zones, _expandable_ to 48 zones with an additonal 16 reserved for keyfob buttons.
You start getting "check" on wireless zones if the battery cover is removed, if there is RF interference (if the "jam detect" feature is turned on; which it is, by default), or if the battery has failed past the point of sending a low battery signal.
