Help!
I have a Westec alarm system in my home. It is not monitored but I like to use the system anyway for the bells and whistles. My problem has been trying to get a serviceman to repair my alarm. There was a power outage and the backup battery failed. When the power came back the alarm does not recognize any codes or commands. The screen flashes PRG. Can anyone help me through the steps of reprogramming this alarm system? The company told me they would call and walk me through it over the phone but a week later and several phone calls later I'm still waiting.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
