Concord Alarm Entry/Exit Delay Setting

I recently went into "System Programming" of my system to tried to delete two Glass Detector sensors that did not physically exist. I don't know what happened but now when I set the alarm to "Away" to goes off when I open the door to leave. There seems to be on delay time.

How do I go about resetting the "Delay" to give me time to get out or back in without the alarm going off.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks, but I think this might be how I got in this mess. I was just feeling my way around to find the sensors that I was looking for. I know how to get to "System Programming" but I think I need a more direct path of instructions to get to setting the doors to group 10.
