Want to buy a hard wired alarm system

I just finished building a 36'x64' pole barn. I want to buy a hard wired alarm system that has at least 10 zones. I've looked on eBay and everything that is reasonably priced is wireless. I don't want to have it monitored for now but would like to have it call my cell.

TIA,

Do yourself a favor. Don't buy alarm controls from sites like Ebay. A lot of it is either no-name junk with horrible, unreadable (even by alarm manual standards)instructions, or out of date backstock hardware that someone is selling cleaning out their service parts hoard.

Sure, you can roll the dice on things like keypads, and alarm devices, but trust me, buying alarm controls like that is asking for a headache.

That said: Any of the major brands like Honeywell/Ademco, Concord, Networx, DSC, etc. will do what you want. Real alarm hardware isn't cheap. It's one of those areas where you largely get what you pay for.
