Unhappy Ademco Vista 20P code 94

I recently cancelled my phone line service with phone company and also cancelled my monitoring service with ADT.
few days later, my keypad panel started beeping with code 94 flashing.
I followed the steps on this forum by disconnecting backup battery and unplugging the power cord, then plugged it back in and held down "#" and "*" withing 50 seconds, I got the 20 on the display. went ahead and entered #20 and got my installer code.
I also went ahead and entered:
*41*
*42*
*46*
*94*
each time I would hear a beep. I then entered *99 to exit.
seems like it worked, but then after one minute, it started beeping again with 94 flashing.

I tried these steps 3 times, but no difference.
am I missing something?

Yes, add *92 0 to that list. That turns off the fuction that looks for telco line voltage. It's not always turned on, so it's not part of the typical list.

Hi there, I had the exact same scenario as the original poster. I went through all of the steps listed here and everything seemed fine but now when I enter the house and disarm the system I get a "CA" message and must enter my access code a second time to clear it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

"CA will appear if an exit or interior zone contained a fault during closing at the
time the Exit Delay ended (e.g., exit door left open), but the system was
disarmed during the Entry Delay time. The alarm sounder and keypad sound
continuously, but stop when the system is disarmed. No message will be
transmitted to the central station."

It may be just an old goof up that you haven't cleared from the system memory by entering your code + off(1), or you may have a zone or motion that's not setting properly when you exit.
