DSC Power 832 PC5010 Zone removal
Hi, I know this may sound repetitive, but Im trying to remove a zone from my alarm. Im new to all this and havent even touched the alarm before programming wise, we had someone come in to set it up. I searched threads but none of them could put it in laymans terms. if someone could give me instructions step by step on how to disable a zone forever(instead of bypassing) i would greatly appreciate it

If it's a hardwired zone, all you have to do is jumper the zone input closed. If your system uses resistors, you use a 5.6k resistor, if its set for NC zones you just use a wire jumper.
