Unhappy (Honeywell Ademco Vista-10P) Test Mode Not Working

Hello,

I have a Honeywell Ademco Vista-10P. When I enter my four digit code + 5, nothing happens (I am not given the option of 1 or 0 to start the test mode). The test mode used to work, but stopped today. The alarm seems to work in all other respects. Any thoughts?

Are you using the Installer Code or are you trying to use your master code? The test function specifies the Installer code.
