Paradox MG5050 alarm one-touch arm
Just completed DIY install of Paradox Magellan 5050 alarm system.
All working fine, but for some reason I cannot get one-touch arming (without entering user code) to work.
Reading the programming manual it seems that this option is enabled in section 703, options 1, 2 & 3, but even with this set, the system still prompts for a user code when pressing ARM or STAY or SLEEP on the keypad.
Anybody know what I am missing?

As far as I can determine, that's the only programming location that controls this feature. Try power cycling the system; sometimes that's what it takes to get an feature to start working.

Thanks for the reply.
Turns out to be a user problem...
When you press the button, a prompt for a user code appears on the LCD panel, but if you keep on holding the button for about 2 seconds the system does arm.
