DSC keypads locked out

My 3 Power 832 keypads all went dark over a few hours so I tested the 16.5 power supply/tranformer which delivered 18.2v under no-load, replaced the old main battery and the extender battery and now all three keypads are in locked-out mode. Recycling the power & batteries normalizes the keypad displays but any input or a couple of minutes passing puts the system into alarm. The manual doesn't offer any recovery advice but yours would be appreciated....

What is showing on the display when the system comes back up?
What is on the display when the system starts to alarm?
Is the siren sounding or is is just the keypads?

It sounds like you had some sort of power failure while the system was armed.

You may have one bad keypad that is keeping the others from functioning.

Otherwise, with the information provided, there is insufficient information to provide a meaningful answer.

Sounds like the keypads may be on the wrong partition? Try holding "1" for two seconds. If that does not work try holding "#" for two seconds until it beeps then hold "1" for two seconds.
