HELP! Zone Programming DSC PC1555RKZ Keypad

Hi, I recently moved into a house that had a security system built-in. The alarm was disconnected and when I tried to reconnect for my own use, it was armed and counting down to its alarming. I have disconnected the Siren and used a resistor (there were 5 left in a baggie in the control panel from Ranger American) to block the terminal. I have reset the system to defaults and changed the master code to my linking. I am now in need of help for setting up the Zone attributes, my zones are setup as followed:

Zone 1: Garage and Front Door
Zone 2: Windows Downstairs
Zone 3: Patio
Zone 4: MBR (Master Bedroom) Windows
Zone 5: Upstairs Windows

*These are all at default values*
What I would like is for Zone 1 to be Delayed Entry/exit on Stay and AWAY.
Zone 5 to be Bypassed on STAY and Instant on AWAY.
Zone 3 to be delay on STAY and Instant on AWAY.
Zone 4 to be Instant on both Stay and Away.

Can you include the keypad combinations as well? (Noob)
How can I change the Delay to 15 seconds?

I am new at DIY Security Systems so all help is greatly appreciated.

Installer manual: http://www.mainelectronics.com/pdf/PC1555Install.pdf

The problem you have is some of the combinations you want aren't possible zone types for this model. There's no zone type that will do delay on STAY and INSTANT on away. The system isn't that sophisticated. The best you can do is just make it a delay zone.

To change the zone types:
*8 [installer code]
001 xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx (xx being the 2-digit zone type for the first 8 zones. Enter 00 for unused zones) (Yes, it's a 6 zone system, but can be expanded to 32 with wireless, so you handle the zones in groups of 8)
Press # to exit programming

In your case the closest you will get is 01 03 01 03 05 00 00 00

Don't bother messing with the zone attributes in 101-132. Those options aren't for this purpose.

Delay time: *8 [installer code] 005 xxx xxx xxx xxx (xxx being the entry delay1, entry delay 2, exit delay, and bell time out; in that order. The delays are in seconds, the bell time out is in minutes)
