Question Xfinity OEM hardware vendor?

The xfinity home security system looks pretty slick. However, their monthly service fee is outrageous. Does anybody know who the OEM vendor is? I would like to build a comparable DIY system.

A lot of the parts has that GE/ITI/UTC look to them. Hard to tell without a good shot of a keypad or motherboard.
