I NEED HELP ADT Safewatch Plus RF
When I set my alarm it says, Home Failure-Trouble Memory and the lights on the panel will stay stationary for a little while and then start scrolling. Everything appears to work ok, if the alarm is on and a door or window is opened the alarm will sound. I have tried everything to figure this out. Also, when I turn the alarm off the lights are stationary for a little while and then scroll the same as when I turn the alarm on. I just can't figure this one out.
Will appreciate anyone's help to end this message I receive from alarm and to get the lights to quit scrolling.
I have attached pictures of the panel before it scrolls with the alarm on and off.

Thank you so much for anything you can do to help me with this

This is a ADT modified version of the ITI Commander 2000: http://interlogix.com/_/assets/libra...structions.pdf
http://www.securtek.com/products-ser...r%20Manual.pdf
It's _long_ discontinued.
That sounds like an alarm memory or being stuck in sensor test mode, but it could be that the system cpu is starting to fail (silicon is not immune to entropy).
