Remote Alarm if GFCI Trips?

Hi all!

I live in a mobile home and will be installing a new heat tape on the water line underneath it. I'm concerned about the possibility of the GFCI tripping allowing the water line to go unprotected from freezing.

I'd like to find a way to have an alarm or buzzer go off inside the home if the GFCI trips.

I'd eventually like to also set up something that sends a notification to my cell phone too -- but I don't have the money for anything like that right now. But I'd still like to gather ideas in preparation for this.

Any ideas/suggestions?

TIA!

Put a 120 volt relay on that circuit that will change states when the power trips off, and use that to activate a simple buzzer circuit.
