DSC PC1616 zone fault without any specific zone being identified

I'm in the process of installing a PC1616 v4.6 NA panel with an RFK5501 keypad and a PC5108 zone expander. My zones are not wired to the panel yet, so I programmed all of them as "Null Zones" for the moment. Now I have this trouble light on, and when I punch *2, I get a 5 (meaning Zone Fault), but pressing 5 to determine the specific zones with a fault trouble only gives me two beeps with no zone number displayed. What can I do to clear that trouble, short of resetting the system?

Thanks,

Pierre

I suspect that you may have accidentally changed a setting in one of the "for future use" programming locations. At this stage, just default and this time, use the resistors to close your zones while you do your programming.

As you suggested, I defaulted and installed the resistors. Looks like I'm in good shape. Thanks.
