Dealer Code location in Concord 4 panel

I have a Concord 4 panel in which the dealer code has been set. I have been able to retrieve the installer code which is located at hex address 0x3E5 in the eeprom.

I need the Dealer code to remove the phone number to the CS as the panel still continues to try to connect for monthly tests. Of course I get Phone Failure notifications each time.

Can anyone tell me where to look in the eeprom dump for the dealer code?

Any help is appreciated!

For those want to know, it's a 2-byte data starts at memory location 0x16F2.

Thanks...It worked perfectly.

It was the same as the installer code, but in reverse.

Maybe something people can keep in mind and try if they are ever stuck.

This is what I used:

USB Port 24CXX 25XX EEPROM Programmer 24C1024 25T80 Support XP Vista Win7 | eBay

Comes with software.

Load the chip, do a read of the chip, go the address and look at the codes.

Can't answer your question about the Networx
