Unhappy vista 20p won't arm

I have a Vista 20p with a 4284 voice module, a 4204 relay module, a 5881 RF module, an Envisalink boaard and an ICM board. 3 keypads: 6150, 6160, 6160px. I installed all this about 5 years ago and eeverything has been working perfectly. I wanted to add one more keypad. I got another 6160px and programmed and installed it. I tested all keypads by arming in the stay mode. Everything works fine, but when I try to arm in away mode the exit beep goes for about 5-10 seconds then everything stops. All keypads are blank. I have to disconnect power and battery to get everything back. So I disconnected the new keypad and wirig. Turned off the addresses in programming but still have the same problem... can't arm in away mode. Any ideas?

Check your keypad addressing. The Envisalink uses a specific keypad address slot, so you may have to address your new keypad to another unused address.

Check your data wires. Reversing the data wires on a single keypad can cause some issues.

Finally, you have a lot of stuff pulling the system power. Adding that last keypad may have pushed you into needing a supplemental power supply

programming doule zone

Hi Ronmf I'm planning to programming my vista20P via 3K 6.2 K resistor.
I know that I must choose for hardwire option 3. I like to know where to start programming, for zone 2 to 8 or zone 2 until zone 15.
Please confirm Tanks

Per the installer manual (http://www.statcommunications.com/do...0Rev%20A.pdf); doubling creates zones 10-16 (corresponding with zones 2-8). Other than turning on the zone double feature; it's standard zone programming. You can program the zones in any order you care to.
