Wifi instead of Ethernet for AlarmNet Internet (Honewell 7871i)?

I have a Vista P20 system and want to install the AlarmNet Internet (Honewell 7871i) for IP alerting but I think it only support a hardwired ethernet connection. Is there an option for using WiFi so I don't need to run ethernet wires in my house?

Welcome to the forums.

Did you mean the Honeywell 7847i ?
Good unit but as far as I know it needs a hardwired network connection.

Yes a hard line is required. One way around this, is to install a wifi range extender with a LAN port. Be sure to observe connection speeds/bandwidth.
