DSC pc 1832 short cut!!!

HI,
I'm new to forum and I would appreciate some help regarding my alarm system.

what I have is DSC pc1832 model. I have an arduino that I can control various things remotely and securely. I want to add the alarm system to it also.

what I want to do is to turn on and off the DSC system through Arduino.

or if Arduino is not known here,
I just want to
1. turn on the system via connecting 2 wires or a switch
2. turn off the system via connecting 2 wires or a switch

these needs to be done on the panel itself. I do not want to touch the key pads.

for that on and off switch, I dont need to enter any codes for my project purpose.

so is there a wire/short cut on the panel itself that I can add a switch to turn on and off the alarm system?

Thank you so much

If you have an unused hardwired zone input, you can program that zone as a "keyswitch" zone that will toggle the arm/disarm state of the system with a momentary switch closure.

Nope, the PGMs are generally output, other than 2-wire smoke and panic buttons.

If you have a keypad that's relatively accessible to your relay connection, you can program a keypad zone to be the keyswitch input.
