Wireless sensor
Hey folks, I have an existing alarm system, 4 wired motion sensors and 4 door triggers all wired. I want to add one more sensor on the first floor. What is my next action step to find Out if I'm abled to add a wireless motion sensor to the system?

If you have a DSC PC 9010 (http://www.avss.net/PDF%20Files/DSC%...ll%20Guide.pdf), those only have 2 hardwired inputs. Could you be seeing hardwired contacts attached to wireless transmitters?
With the installation manual, you will need to know the installer code to add new transmitters to the system.

Probably your simplest way to add wireless to this system would be to replace the existing keypad with a RFK 5500 keypad. That would give you a wireless receiver. Even though your system is an older model, they did keep the newer hardware backward compatible.
