Pc3000

Good morning. Need help please. DCS PC3000 Dead after storm. Power adapter good, battery good, all fuses good. Nothing at keypads or smoke/fire detectors.
No lights, no sounds. Pulled panel and do not see any burned/broken connections.

Any idea how to trouble shoot or just replace whole system? Not really concerned about burglar system, but want the fire/smoke detectors working.

Thanks for any help.

Enter[*][6][Master Code] [8] for a 2 second to test of the keypad lights, if no light or sounder in alarm bells, that means its dead.

thank you for your suggestion. Tried it but nothing happened. Going to see if I get any voltage out to the keypad tonight.

That's going to be a replace. The PC-3000 was discontinued over a decade ago. Short of a lucky find on an auction site or someone's back stock, there's no parts out there.

How many wires in smoke/fire detectors? is it 2 or 4?

Have you checked out those fuses yet?

You can always help you upgrade, since you have already the system won't cost you a lot.
