Connecting wires from ADT Safewatch Pro 3000 to GE Simon XT
We moved into a home with ADT but decided to switch our service. The ADT panel is powered through a cable in the wall with several colored wires. Where do I connect these wires on the GE Simon XT so I can power it without using the AC adapter? The XT has several screws for wiring similar to the Pro 3000. I'm just not sure which are the same.

These are a couple of schematics I've found on the two panels. Not sure how they relate.

The existing Safewatch panel is powered by an AC transformer and then the panel has an available auxiliary power output to power the existing keypads, sirens, etc.
The Simon XT requires 9VAC 3.34A for power and you should use the AC transformer for the Simon XT as the existing Safewatch won't be able to supply that power input.
