DSC - PC 1565 Strobe Bell not working

DSC PC1565, when alarm triggered the out side strobe bell is not working, but interior bell is working. I opened the system and found both bells wiring are intact.

Any one please help me ...

Simple test: Connect the wires for the exterior device directly to your battery. If the siren doesn't sound; then you either have bad wiring between the motherboard and the siren; or a bad siren. Most likely, it's a bad siren.

I got external strobe light & siren with 6 wires, DSC 1565 system contains "bell + & -" connections, and internal buzzer is connected there already.

I am planning to connect strobe wires to the system as given below...

+strobe goes to +AUX & - Strobe goes to PGM 2.
+ Siren goes to + BELL & - Siren goes to - BELL.
Tamper wires to COM & Tamper Zone.

please help me....... thanks..

If you are able to go into programming to set the PGM and the tamper zone up; or if you are connecting it the same way as the other unit was, then this will work.

Otherwise, you can ignore the tamper connection and just connect the siren and strobe wires to the bell output.
