GE NX-8E - Different Kinds of Codes

After reading these forums, I'm seeing a lot of names for different types of codes and I want to be sure I have a correct understanding of each so I don't lock myself out of my system accidentally. Here are the various names for codes that I have gathered thus far:

Download Code
Installer Code
Go to Program Code
User Code
Master Code

Could someone please elaborate on what each of these is and which ones are just aliases?

First installer code. Used to enter programming but not regular arming / disarming. "Go to program" code sounds like alias possibly

User code and Master code. Both can arm / disarm system but only Master code has access to change codes or other user settings. Standard user codes have less authority than the Master basically.

A download code is most likely used to send information to the monitoring station. Could be called other names

Downloader Code is the software lockout code
Installer and Go to program code are the same thing
User code is any of the codes used to arm disarm operate the system as an end user..
Master code is a user code with the highest level of authority
