Disarm NX-6
Hi Ron,
I moved into a house that preinstalled the NexWorkx NX-6. I look up the old posts in this forum and accidentally arm it by entering *8 9817 exit. How could I disarm it now?
Thank you!

Hi Ron, you mean replace the whole control panel or a part (board) of it? I will just use the alarm to deter intruders. Where can I find detailed info on how to replace the board? Could you provide more details?
Thank you very much!

You can replace just the control board in you existing alarm enclosure, and configure it to match your existing zone layout.
Mechanically, you would just power the thing down and swap wire for wire. Then you will be starting over with a system set at the factory default configuration, which you would have to change to match your zone layout.
Only a handful of settings actually _need_ to be changed.
