Lynx 5200 + Total Connect 2.0

Everything with my new system is running fairly smoothly, I just have a camera issue.

#1: I have 2 Honeywell Ademco IPCAM-WO Outdoor IP Cameras and both are having "events" based on the sunrise and sunset. In reviewing the video clips, there is always a flash that is seen. It seems the change in sunlight is triggering the cameras to switch from day mode to night mode, thus causing a flash event to be recorded. Does anyone else have this issue and/or know if this has been reported to Honeywell?

I've spoken with some co-workers who have a Monitronics-installed system and this use to happen with their outdoor cameras as well. The company eventually pushed out a software update and the issue was fixed.

Is there a way I can contact Honeywell customer service about this and suggest a fix for the next software update?

Your best bet is to go through the dealer you got the equipment through. End users don't generally have much success with this sort of problem.
