FTP-1000 is the keypad model, which is used on several GE Concord models.

It's a fixed English keypad, which means that that keypad cannot access system programming (on any of the Concord models). So you would need a different keypad model.

You need to know the actual system model (usually on the wiring diagram inside the door of the enclosure with the motherboard and system battery), and you need to know your installer code.

Fixed English keypad on a Concord 4 can access "Quick Programming"...(8+installer code +03) to get at the following...(Unfortunately, you can't delete a sensor...)
• Account number (all partitions)
• CS phone 1
• CS phone 2
• CS phone 3
• Learn sensors—limited to selecting sensor number, sensor group, and partition assignment. An alphanumeric touchpad is required for programming sensor text in standard programming mode.

Yeah, that's why I generally just tell them it's the wrong keypad. It does just enough to get to a point where they get stuck.

It's inaccurate, but less confusing...
