Ademco 6139 vs 6160 keypads. What pros/cons?

I have to replace a 1995 Vista 40 panel which has failed. I've used 6139 keypads for years for their programming capability. In addition I use the 5881 wireless receiver with the handheld 5827BD keypads. Also a 4300 AC power supply for my X-10 relays.

I intend to buy a new Vista 20p panel.

Is there any advantage of the newer 6160 over my 6139 in terms of functionality or programming ease? (I am assuming the new Vista 20p control boards are compatible with the older 6139.)

Any advantage of the 9.18 and 10.23 revisions over the older 9.12 panels which are a bit cheaper?

I've read that some of the 2015 10.23 revision panels have problems with older wireless devices. Does that include wireless devices connecting to the 5881 receiver which of course is hard wired to the panel?

Finally any comments on the quickly discontinued 6162 keypads. Were they a problem?

Dan

As long as all of the keys are in good shape, your 6139 keypads and 5881 wireless receiver will work just fine with the new system board.
