Linear Controls AK-11 keypad programming

Not sure if this were the right subforum but I'll give it a shot.
Anyone familiar with Liner Controls AK-11 gate opener keypad? Their tech support is for dealers only. 800 number wants $50 per call pay but even with that, you are on eternal hold.
Manual is written in language that is simply not using lay language. Simple words like "open" or "close" are not even in it.
I need to enter my own new codes in and am lost. I got as far as deleting all the existing codes.
It's this thing:

I moved your thread to the alarms forum because we're familiar with the language they speak in for programming. No... it is not consumer friendly.

You have the master code.... correct ?

Adding a new user code....
Press: 01 # Code # Code # Action #
The # is like an enter button.

Enter programming mode....

1) Press 01 then #.
2) Enter new code and #
3) Enter new code again and #
4) Enter 1 and #

What happens when you enter a code.... a door opens ?
You'd need to know which relay was activated but my guess would be the HD one... #1.
Keypad action: 1 = Relay #1, timed open

I apparently do as I managed to erase all the stored codes.
I should be able to program a new entry code but programming involves placing keypad into programmable mode - which I know how to do - then entering some keys, #, new code # new code # and action.
And that is where I am lost. Which action to choose.
Gate is double side and I am presuming, it has two relays?
Hence, there should be a choice done fore "action" from the list provided.
I want to set one code to do timed opening - open and close after whatever delay.
Also, previous owner had a code set so that gate will open and stay open - and that is something I absolutely can not figure.
That's where I need help.

Thanks to a good Samaritan I think I have issue solved. "toggled" choice should be the one to keep the gate open and 1 should be action choice for simple open> timed close.
Thank you, good Samaritan Dan. That was mighty nice of you.
