Vista-20p and 6160rf as a wireless only system?

My journey with alarm systems has been kind of interesting...I started out with Simplisafe but didn't like the cost of their service.

That led me to buying a 2gig GoControl with self-monitoring and alarm.com...

I only pay $15 a month, but I'd rather pay nothing at all when all I really need are basic notifications. Heck - I don't even need the ability to remotely arm/disarm the alarm.

So now i'm looking at buying a Vista-20p panel with a 6160rf keypad with the Envisalink EVL-4.

I'm currently renting so wired sensors are out of the question, but can I have the Vista-20p panel with the 6160rf keypad and only wireless sensors?

The way it's setup is that I can easily mount the panel in my garage and run some 22/4 to the keypad which can all easily be patched up after we move.

I feel pretty confident I can program the panel - I've watched enough YT videos and reading through the manual everything seems to be pretty straight forward.

Thoughts?

Yes, you can disable the 8 Hardwired zones, and use only wireless. You still need to accommodate siren and keypad wiring, though.
