Moose 2100 key pad

I have an old Moose Z2100 key pad hooked up to a Z1100e security panel. I have lost the password to program the key pad. Is there anyway to retrieve the password so we can set the time and program the keypad.

This should work the same way as with the LED keypad model:

If the programming code is lost, programming mode can be accessed by going into the system enclosure, turning off the power switch, then holding down the program switch (SW1) while turning the power switch back on, then release the program switch.

At that point you should have access to programming and you can change the programming code by entering 018# (new program access code, up to 5 digits), then press * to store the new value. Then press * twice t exit programming.
