Hi,
I recently install of Paradox Magellan 5050 alarm system with a siren wireless SR130.
All work fine, but I want to desactivate the SR130 in night mode ?

I use babyware but I don't find this possibility ?

Thank you

I don't think that it is possible to disable the siren in specific arming modes. That's more than a little contrary to how intrusion alarms are supposed to work.

Hi MrRonFL,

Thanks for the response.

"That's more than a little contrary to how intrusion alarms are supposed to work."
Yes it's logic, but the night I want just protect the outside's house without to have a heart attack !!

I will use a PGM to shunt the siren (the piezo inside) if it's the only solution

see you

A.

Yes, you can bypass the hardwired device using a programmed relay output, but no, there's no way to do so with the wireless one.

Do you think that the SR130 will detect if the piezo is deconnected ? (perhaps ad a resistor ?)

Dunno. Paradox products are not common in this area, so I've not had more than a couple in hand, much less trying to field modify one of their wireless components.
