Vista-20P factory defaults

Hello, I have a Vista-20P and I entered the *97 (factory defaults). Now I have the installer code (4-1-1-2) but I'm wondering if all the existing configurations has been erased ? I can't return to normal operation and I have only on 1 display panel working the other one seems dead.
Thanks for your help.

Yes, you erased all of the current configuration by doing that. If all you wanted was to change the installer code, you could have done that from the *20 prompt.

What model keypad do you have? If you don't have a 2-line alphanumeric keypad (6160 or equivalent) you cannot access the *56 menu mode programming to restore your zone configuration. To re activate the second keypad, you need to use the working keypad and activate keypad #17 in programming location *190.

Here's the installer manual: http://site.aesecurity.com/Manuals/v...stallation.pdf

Give it a thorough once over, and let us know what parts you have trouble following, and we can help you over some of the hurdles.
