I have tried to add users above 32 and it beeps a acceptance but the codes do not work. Is there something I need to do with user 33 to allow the hight numbers to work in partition 1

Thanks

If your system was originally a Safewatch 3000 model; it may be limited to 32 users, and a single partitions (as if it's a Vista 15p).

Wow! Did NOT know that about the SW3000--never had the issue come up. Thanks, Ron.

Ok, I think I have a more coherent explanation. By default, users 33-49 are assigned to partition 2 (which is why Safewatch versions don't have those upper user codes, since the partition function is disabled).

The command sequence suggested would assign the code to both partition 1 & 2. It wouldn't matter if you didn't have a partition 2, since you have no zones assigned to it. If it's more orderly to you to leave the partition 2 setting out of the sequence, then do so.

users fixed

Thanks for the support after rereading the support messages I found that the upper user numbers needed to be given permission to access partition 1.

All are working now.
