NX-8v2 service light issue

Hello, I have a nx-8v2 with a nx-1448e keypad. I have been able to remove my phone line issues, but I am unable to clear what I believe to be expander box tamper problem. After entering *2, there is only a 6 showing and unable to scroll up or down.

I have opened the keypad and the tamper switch inside seems ok, also I can hear it click shut when replacing the cover.

Can anybody please help?

Trouble 6 is telephone fault.

If you disconnected the phone line, in system programming make sure that location 37, segment 3-option 6 is turned OFF, and location 40 segment 5 needs to be set back to 0 to turn off the phone line fault monitor feature.
