Cancelling ADT
I am cancelling my ADT service soon. What should I do before I cancel the service so that I can still use the equipment without the monitoring? I read that ADT can lock out the system. I have a DSC Impassa 3G2075. I read that I should change the installer code and change the number it dials. I know the installer code. How do I change it? How do I change the dialing number?
Thanks for your help.

Assuming that you have a vista 20p: in programming, delete the dialer phone numbers by entering *41*, *42* & *94*.
Since you are using the 3G communicator, they actually can't dial into the system to do a remote lock out; but deleting those numbers will make absolutely sure, and will eliminate the failure to communicate trouble on the alarm control.

Your DSC unit is the communicator. The programming you need to change is in the alarm panel.
The alarm panel should be in a metal box with the battery and the bulk of the wiring.
Look closely.... the board should have an ID on it or possibly on a paper tag on the door.

Sorry, it's so unusual for ADT installs to use anything other than the Honeywell Vista panels, that I blinked and missed your panel being a DSC Impassa 3G2075.
What you really have is a DSC Impassa 9057 with a 3G2075 cellular communicator module, and probably ADT branded. It's something of a customized install.
Installation manual: http://cms.dsc.com/download.php?t=1&id=17242

Normally, for a DSC panel, you disable the communicator by going into programming with *8 [installer code] 380 and turn OFF option 1. With the cell module, you may also have to unplug the cable that connects the cellular card to the main alarm board.
