How can I delete a zone on Networx 1300 system
I want to permanently delete a single zone. I have an outside door that is now an inside door and I want to remove the zone

The keypad model is 13xx, you most likely have a NX-8, NX-6 or NX-4.
Is it hardwired or wireless?
If hardwired, and the only door on the zone; the simple way to remove the zone is to take the pair of zone wires off of the motherboard terminals and replace them with a 3.3K ohm resistor from the zone terminal to common.

Wired. There are 8 zones but only 4 terminals in motherboard, so I guess they are paired. What would happen if I find the wire from the zone and just disconnect it?

If there are only 4 zone terminals but 8 zones, then you seem to have a NX-4 with zone doubling enabled.
If you simply take the wire loose, the zone will sit open, and you would have to bypass it each time to arm the system.
What zone number is the zone in question? With that answer, we can tell you which zone terminal and resistor to look for.

On a zone doubled system, on a NX-4, zone 7 shares a terminal with zone 3.
The resistor you need to find, and disconnect from the field wiring is the 6.98k ohm resistor (the color stripes will be blue, white, grey, brown, brown). Connect the resistor between the zone 3 terminal and common.
Look at the wiring diagram toward the back of the installation manual: http://files.tecnosinergia.com/ficha...NX4_manual.pdf
