Keep getting "signed out" of ADT Pulse app

Keep getting "signed out" of ADT Pulse app

So I've had an ADT system now for about a month and every new day when I try to use the ADT pulse app on my iPhone I have to do the complete sign in with my ID & PW!
I tried setting up the Touch ID and the PIN, and it seems to remember those for a day. But then the next day I try to use the app again, I have to reenter my ID & PW.
This is EXTERMELY annoying as my ID is my email address which is NOT short.

Am I the only one experiencing this?
Any know how to fix this issue?

Did you check the box..."Remember my username" ?

Where is that?
I don't see a setting for that anywhere in the app?
(I have version 74.3 of the iOS app, if that makes a difference.)
