Connecting PIR sensor lowers auxout voltage

When i connect my PIR sensor power to the auxout/com on my alarm board, the aux/com goes from 12v down to 3v.

I tried using a different wire as well as a new different sensor, but i'm still running into the same problem.

I'm stumped on what else to try, so any ideas would be great.

Thank you

I took a photo of the wiring diagram if that helps

Welcome to the forums.

The Aux out 1 and Aux Out 2 are only used for switchable devices like a horn or siren. You need to connect to terminals 7 and 8 for AUX power. Those output terminals are listed for 1A maximum current draw. One PIR should not present a problem.
