Upgrade from NX-6V2 to NX-8E

Any advice on moving my existing NX-6V2 configuration to a factory-fresh NX-8E panel? It's a pretty plain Jane setup with 6 hardwired zones and 5 wireless ones (#9-13) handled by an NX-148E-RF keypad. I have full DL900 access to both panels.

I'm trying to avoid having to do it manually by going location/segment by location/segment using worksheets. Thanks in advance for any pointers.

If you are using the DL-900 software, you can save a copy of the downloaded NX-6 configuration under a different name and switch the panel type. I _think_ you will still have to enroll the wireless devices, though

Thanks, Ron. I'll play with it a bit. So the keypad handles the comm with the transmitters, but the zone mapping is a panel function? My alarm guy put the transmitters in, so I'm not real sure just what he did (lotta keystrokes at the keypad/receiver, though). I'll be back, like the Terminator said...

There are a lot of keystrokes to enroll transmitters, but it's a simple pattern once you learn it.

The receiver/keypad stores the serial number for the transmitter, but all of the other info is part of the alarm control itself.
