Programming Honeywell CE3 encryptor

i have a new honeywell code encryptor Ce3.
I don;t understand how to programming it according the manual
I read to create an user code , but how ???? should go to the programming mode of my
vista 20P panel or is the CE3 plug and play?
Who can help.

The code is a valid arm/disarm code programmed into the base alarm panel. So you create a user code for the Vista 20p and then program it into the CE3 receiver module.

Thanks it work but at but have address it to 17.
With out this i would not.

Yes, the system treats it as a keypad; so it had to be set to an unused, but activated, keypad address slot.
