Using Visonic / Powermax sensors with newer console

I've got quite a few wireless Visonic sensors around the house. They've been quite reliable for me (others seem to grumble about them). (Such as MCT-302 window contact and Pet-tolerant Detector Next+ K9-85 MCW)

My PowerMax base station is no longer working, and I'd like to replace it with a more modern console.

Does anyone know of a resource that will help me find which new 3rd party consoles can talk to my Visonic sensors? I've been using AlarmRelay/Watchlight for years for UL monitoring without complaints.
(Must have UL monitoring for insurance discount).

Wireless devices are system specific. If you have Visonic devices, you have to use a Visonic system.
