Napco P3200 panel issue

I have the above referenced alarm panel in my home, it is an older unit and has fuses for the smoke/fire alarms. They no longer make these fuses and I notice the new P3200 panel no longer has fuses. I am no professional but want to replace this panel with a new one that looks to be similar. Is this a difficult process? so hard to find an installer in my area , Queens NY to do this installation.

Thanks in advance,
Steven

To be honest, Napco is really not a very DIY friendly product line. If you are looking to update to a modern system, you would be better served to consider swapping to something like a Honeywell Vista 20p or a DSC Power Series system.

Steven, there has got to be at least 500 alarm installing companies in the Queens area. Either look in the yellow pages or call Tri-Ed alarm distributors at
: 516.349.1046 and ask them for someone who installs and or services Napco equipment in your area.
The fuses are hard to get now days but alarm dealers who install Napco are still able to get them. You may be able to save your panel and your money by just getting your system serviced. Napco panels last for decades. I have many still out in service for over 35 years.
