DSC EV-DW4927SS problem
I have a DSC 1832 (PC5010 V4.6) system with a zone expander PC5108 V1.0 and a PC5132 wireless receiver. I have 14 hardwired
zones. I recently purchased two EV-DW4927SS shock sensors and proceed to install them.
Those sensors can be shock sensors and Door/Window contact but in this case I am using them as shock sensors only so I open Jumper 3 in the sen
The issue is that after around 15 minutes of working fine I receive a Fault zone on both zones. If I trigger the sensors the fault zone error i
I have program the sensors with these values
Enrolled the sensors on section 804 01 17 and 18 and set ESN
Zone definitions 002 03 and 03
Zone attributes 117 and 118 values 1,2 and 8 enable
Module placement 904 both Good
Partition assignment section 204 values 12345678
Does anybody have an idea of what could be the issue?
Thanks

Thanks for your response. Yes the receiver is 433 mhz receiver, otherwise the module placement would not work. But I already solve the issue. My supervisory window was set at 15 minutes. I set it to 24 hours and now I do not get the zone fault error.
Thanks for your help
