DSC LCD600 compatible with PC3000RK

Hi,
I have a alarm system DSC PC3000 with a initial keypad LCD600. I would like to add another keypad and I find a keypad PC3000RK. Is it compatible? Is it necessary to reprogram the second keypad? And how to proceed to do that? Thank you

The PK3000RK is actually the base keypad designed for the system. The LCD600 was a more advanced keypad that worked on several system models, that was often sold as an upgrade.

Bear in mind, that this is all 15-20 year old, discontinued hardware, at best.

I know that this hardware is discontinued but I found a keypad PK3000RK and I would like to know if I can connect in parallel (together) this new keypad at the LCD600. If yes, for the PK3000RK, I must reprogramming or if it is like the LCD600; the programming continues with the other keypad.

The PC3000RK is the factory default keypad for the system; it will work just fine along with the upgrade keypad.
