Adding 2nd 6160 Keypad

I just replaced my Ademco 6128 keypad with a Honeywell 6160. It was just a simple swap and everything went great. Now I want to add a 2nd 6160 keypad at a different entrance.

I have a Vista 20 panel. Do I connect the wiring from the new keypad to the same terminals the existing keypad are also wired to?

Finally found the info... black to #4, red to #5, green to #6, yellow to #7. Powered up system and it took about 45 seconds for it to run thru its setup and it worked perfectly.

I'm a little surprised you didn't have to change the keypad address of the new keypad, and/or at least enable the keypad on the Vista panel to get it to work.

If they were going from a 6128, they likely have an older model, like a Vista 20se. Only the most recent models use keypad addressing.
